WHOLE BODY CRYOTHERAPY EXPLAINED
Whole body cryotherapy is a short wellness treatment in which the body is exposed to controlled, very cold air inside a specialist cryotherapy cabin. At LondonCryo, a first session lasts approximately two minutes, with later sessions lasting up to three minutes where appropriate.
Clients commonly include cryotherapy in routines designed around exercise recovery, temporary muscle and joint comfort, energy and general wellbeing. Every new client completes a suitability assessment before entering the cabin.

Add a brief cold-exposure session to your routine following demanding training or physical activity.
Some clients use cryotherapy to support temporary comfort when feeling tired or sore after exercise.
The brief cold experience can feel invigorating and provides a clear reset during a busy day.
Cryotherapy can be used individually or incorporated into a wider recovery and wellbeing protocol.
Experiences and results vary. Whole body cryotherapy is a wellness treatment and is not a substitute for diagnosis or medical care.
