Approximately 60-90 minutes, takes into consideration pressurisation and depressurisation times
How Often to Use Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Up to once or twice daily (must wait four hours between sessions). A minimum of 10 sessions are recommended to achieve results, and 20-40 maintenance sessions for optimal results.

Upon entering the Hyperbaric Oxygen chamber, a wellness co-ordinator will assist you in putting on your oxygen mask, making you feel comfortable, and finally zipping it up to close. The chamber will then begin to pressurise. You may feel your ears pop slightly, much like when you are on a plane or at a high elevation – this is completely normal, so don’t panic. In about ten minutes, the chamber is completely pressurised and your session begins! After your hours long treatment, we will begin to de-pressure the chamber and help you out.

Initially you may feel your ears pop while inside the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy chamber, however you will soon feel a sense of tranquillity as you enjoy your session. Once the session is complete, you may feel elevated and well-rested. It is recommended to do at least 10 sessions to ensure your body is healing and recovering quicker.
