Perimenopause at Work

A plan only works if women use it.

We prepare your managers, start the conversation and give you the evidence for your plan.

Why now

Employers with 250 or more staff can publish a voluntary action plan by 4 April 2027, or 30 March for most public authorities. The government expects plans to become mandatory from spring 2027, subject to legislation. Each plan needs at least one menopause action.

Choosing an action is the easy part. In BSI’s October 2026 research, fewer than one in five respondents experiencing menopausal or menstrual health challenges felt completely confident discussing the issue with HR.

Who we are

Maria Ensabella founded LondonCryo, a CQC-registered clinic in St John’s Wood, in 2017. Women come to the clinic because of perimenopause, often while carrying a demanding job, and that is where this work started. Before the clinic, Maria was an accountant.

Maria leads this workplace programme with Ruth Hyde. Our first three employers receive a founding price.

Advice and confidentiality

We do not give medical or legal advice. Medical questions go to a GP or occupational health, and your legal or HR team owns compliance. We report only totals, and only for groups of 10 or more.

Talk it through in 20 minutes.

You will leave with one or two actions to consider and a clear next step, whether or not we work together.
