Your treatment choices may include:

• Whole Body Cryotherapy: one session

• Infrared Sauna: 25 minutes

• Red Light Therapy: 15 minutes

• Compression Therapy: 15 minutes

You will receive two treatments, not all four. Your practitioner will confirm which options are appropriate for you.

Once you purchase, the LondonCryo team will contact you to arrange your visit and confirm your treatment choices.

You can enjoy your visit as a one off introduction. If you want more consistent support, the team can also explain the most relevant membership options for your goals.
