Start With Your Goals
Discuss your priorities, lifestyle, relevant history and what you would most like to improve.
LondonCryo · St John’s Wood · London
A six-month, founder-led wellness programme for people who want a more structured approach to energy, recovery and healthy ageing.
You do not need to choose from a long list of treatments. We begin with your goals, then build a personalised schedule from the services that are appropriate for you.
All recommendations remain subject to consultation, clinical considerations and individual suitability.
“The principle is simple: start with the person, not a pre-set treatment list.”Maria Ensabella · Founder, LondonCryo
Why it exists
It is easy to know that you want to feel better. It is much harder to decide what to book, how treatments fit together and what is realistic for your routine.
The Founder’s Longevity Protocol brings that decision-making into one structured programme. Your starting point is a conversation about what you want to improve—not an assumption that the same approach suits everybody.
The aim is to create a practical rhythm you can follow, review and adapt over time.
Your six-month journey
A simple structure makes a broad range of treatment options easier to understand and use.
Discuss your priorities, lifestyle, relevant history and what you would most like to improve.
Receive a practical, personalised schedule using suitable LondonCryo treatments and review points.
Attend your planned sessions with support from the appropriate LondonCryo team members.
Use your experience and agreed progress measures to consider appropriate adjustments.
One clinic · Multiple options
Your consultation determines what belongs in your plan. Not every treatment below is included or suitable for every client.
A short cold-exposure treatment that may be considered within a wider recovery and wellbeing routine.
Heat and light-based sessions that may support relaxation, recovery and a consistent self-care routine.
Selected intravenous options following the required consultation, assessment and clinical approval.
Manual lymphatic drainage or Body Ballancer compression may be considered around individual goals.
Suitable recovery services may be combined where there is a clear reason to do so.
Where appropriate, agreed testing and review points can help inform the conversation about your plan.
The final programme, frequency and included services are confirmed after consultation. Treatments are not substitutes for medical diagnosis or care.
The difference
Meet the founder
After more than 12 years working across wellness and recovery, Maria’s philosophy has evolved from offering individual treatments to helping people combine appropriate options more intelligently around what they want to improve.
At 52, Maria’s own testing reported a biological age of 24. That personal experience helped shape the Founder’s Longevity Protocol: a more consistent and measurable approach to energy, recovery and healthy ageing.
Maria is the founder of LondonCryo, co-author of ReInventing Cool and host of the Reinventing Cool podcast.
Maria’s biological-age result is personal to her and is not a promise or prediction of individual outcomes.
