Q: Describe how you feel when you’ve been to LondonCryo in just three words?
A: Alive. Energised. Clear.
Q: When do you usually fit your cryotherapy and wellness sessions in - are they a start-of-day power-up, or more of a wind-down strategy? Describe what your ideal visit to LondonCryo looks like and any other treatments you do alongside your cryo sessions?
A: I’m a morning person when it comes to wellness - I love stacking cryo and red light straight after a workout. It gives me the perfect reset to start the day clear-headed and focused. And honestly, red light has been a bit of a game-changer - it’s one of the only times I actually stop, breathe, and be still. I often meditate under the red light because it’s so rare we get time away from screens and distractions. It’s like a mini escape in the middle of London.
Q: As someone with a very busy life; juggling fundraising for The Wickers Charity, podcasting, family life and everything in between, what are the specific benefits you’ve noticed since incorporating Cryotherapy at LondonCryo into your wellness routine?
A: So many. Firstly, my immune system is now like Teflon. I used to pick up everything from my son (who has health challenges), but since doing hot and cold therapy regularly, I feel so much stronger. My sleep has massively improved, and my nervous system feels calmer - which is essential when you’re juggling a million things. For me, LondonCryo is like plugging myself back in when I feel depleted. It’s my recharge point.
Q: What have been your three big wins this month when it comes to both your health/wellness and life overall?
1. Sleep! I’ve been getting 7–8 hours a night which is unheard of for me. 2. Electrolytes & minerals - I’m sweating loads at the moment so replenishing properly has made a huge difference.
3. Self-talk - I’ve really shifted the way I speak to myself, and it’s transformed how I show up day to day. I’m finally treating myself like someone I care about!
Q: How important do you believe consistency is both in health and wellness gains and other things in life?
A: It’s everything. Consistency doesn’t mean perfection - it just means showing up, even if it’s just for 10 minutes. I genuinely believe 20 minutes of movement, no tech, no pressure, can change your whole day. Wellness isn’t about extremes; it’s about rituals that work for you.
Q: What do you do to switch off from it all, how do you relax? What does the best ‘Brogan Day of downtime’ look like?
A: Truthfully? These days, the only time I fully switch off is when I’m at LondonCryo under the red light! This time of year, it is mad for me - I’m filming constantly and organising a 500-person live boxing event - so downtime is precious. I try to wind down by 8pm, get into bed early, phone on flight mode, and just let my nervous system breathe. Best day off would be no plans, no tech, some sunshine, and quality time with my son.
Q: If you could pick anyone at all - no restrictions - just a wish list; who would you love to get on your show and why?
Without a doubt - Adele. I feel like we were meant to be friends. Her authenticity, energy, humour - I just connect with it. I’d love to have a real, unfiltered chat with her on ‘Getting There’… hopefully she doesn’t read this and block me!
Q: Can we ask what’s next for you? What would you love to achieve in 2025 and beyond?
A: So much is bubbling away! But what I’m really leaning into is creating real human connection again - especially after Covid. Off the back of a sell-out live event, I’m working on curating more meaningful, in-person spaces for honest conversation. And maybe a documentary… but I’ll have to keep that part mysterious for now!
Q: And finally… what advice would you give to others who might be looking for ways to stay physically and mentally well while juggling a busy job and lifestyle?
A: Don’t underestimate the power of your relationships. Not just romantic ones - I mean the energy you’re surrounded by friends, colleagues, partnerships. After speaking to Dr Aseem, it hit me how much chronic stress comes from toxic dynamics. And honestly, you don’t need to join the 5am club to be worthy -sometimes the best thing you can do is just regulate your nervous system. Cut the noise, move your body, go for a walk with no music, and tune back into your own guidance. Everything you need already lives inside you - you’ve just got to make space to hear it.
