MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS
Eligible core services include whole-body cryotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression therapy, local cryotherapy and the LED Cryo Face Mask.
Core is LondonCryo’s most popular membership. It provides frequent access and maximum flexibility with unlimited eligible core services, subject to fair-use, suitability and appointment availability.
Discover provides six eligible core services each month. Level Up provides 11 services for more regular use. Core is the most popular option and provides unlimited eligible core services subject to the membership terms.
Yes. You can mix and match eligible core services according to your allowance, suitability and appointment availability.
No. Unused services expire at the end of the applicable membership month. Services cannot be rolled over, transferred or shared. We recommend booking ahead so you can use your monthly allowance.
IV drips and IM shots are not included as core services. Eligible members receive 20% off all IV drips and IM shots, subject to consultation, clinical suitability and the membership terms.
CryoSlimming is not one of the six eligible core services. Members may receive a discount on selected additional services where applicable. Ask the team to confirm current CryoSlimming member pricing.
Yes. Discover, Level Up and Core have an initial three-month minimum commitment.
Unlimited applies only to eligible core services and remains subject to fair-use conditions, treatment suitability, appointment duration and availability.
Membership suspension requires written management approval. After the initial three-month commitment, memberships continue monthly until cancelled with 30 days’ written notice, unless different promotional terms apply.
