Many reports from around the world on mental wellness show increased feelings of loneliness during this period of social distancing. WFH scenarios have lengthened the workday from 9 to 5 to 9 to… whenever. Then, of course, there’s the existential stress that weighs on us as we deal with the uncertainty created by this global pandemic.

We have created this mental wellness challenge so that co-workers, friends, family, neighbours can inspire each other through workouts, photos, comments and videos. We want to encourage you to open up this month. Whatever speaks to you, it's your time to #BeOpeninFebruary.

Share these moments and experiences on your IG story and tag us for a chance to WIN a £90 LondonCryo Gift Card and Meditation Pack PLUS, we're kicking off the monthly challenge with a FREE Meditation session over Zoom on 3rd February 2021 at 7.30pm, open to everyone with an open mind. To book this just email belgravia@londoncryo.com.

At LondonCryo we want you to do just one small thing every day (think: meditations, “happiness workouts,” pre-scheduled “dream time,” and more) to help support your mental and emotional well-being during these stressful, challenging times. After all, small steps lead to big benefits in the long run—and you might just discover a habit that results in a practice you can hold onto for a lifetime. Improving your mental health takes some time. This will no doubt also help reduce anxiety and depression, and improve your overall confidence within yourself.

Your brain is like a muscle, so you basically have to work out that muscle just like you would any other muscle in your body. And you know that you have to work out at least a few times a week to continue to build muscle. So let's begin!
